For some reason these students already dread writing. I have started getting creative. They GET to write on the white board. Little do they realize that they are actually writing and working on their fine motor skills.
During math time we use A LOT of manipulative. The students love to have "free time". It's interesting to see what they do with their things. They have HUGE imaginations and stories to go along with them.

The boys outnumber the girls in our class. It's funny how everything is a competition to them. These boys thought they won something.
Our religion series has great discussion questions. Instead of just talking about it, it's fun to chart and draw. I'm glad the kindergartners don't mind my horrible art skills.
