Valentine's Day

We brainstormed people we love.
Patrick Mahomes even made our list.

Each student drew pictures or wrote who was in their heart.

Our art activity included lots of fine motor practice.

Our 8th grade friends helped us make our Valentine's boxes.
We love it when they visit.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the parents who helped with the Valentine's Party. I was unable to be there, but I heard it went great.

100th Day of School

\We got some help from several classes to complete our 100 hearts!!
Their reasons for loving their school melted my heart!

The 100th day of school consisted of many FUN activities. One of those activities was rolling a dice 100 times. The students had to tally their results.

Thank you for sending in 100 items from home. These items were all unique.
We had fun re-counting them with our friends.

Colstyn won the "prize" for the most creative items. I have to say, I was a bit worried when he rolled in a suitcase. He brought in 100 STUFFED ANIMALS! The students brainstormed how they wanted to count them. They decided to group them in groups of 10. This was fun to sit back and watch.
