We love our Mommies and Daddies to pieces.
The morning class has been working on finding a "stopping point" when counting. I will say, "give me 7," and they give me JUST 7. This is a harder concept. We practiced counting and stopping at 7. They are getting much better. The afternoon class counted as high as they could. Then they glued that many hearts on their paper. I LOVE how this turned out. Names, names, names...I cannot stress that enough. My goal is for every student to be able to write and identify all their letters in their name BEFORE Kindergarten! Another fine motor activity. We tore white paper to make our heart. We love our Mommies and Daddies to pieces. Letter Match Fun! The morning kiddos took turns matching uppercase and lowercase letters. They sure are learning MORE and MORE letters every week. Valentine Party!! The kiddos enjoyed their class parties. THANK YOU to those of you who sent food and joined us at our party. We sorted candy hearts, passed out our Valentines, and ate LOTS of sweets. You're welcome. ;-)
